1. Who processes the data
Personal data of visitors to the HAYAT residential complex website is processed by the developer Gidroprom LLP, 24 Academician Mardenov Boulevard (hereinafter "we").
2. What data we collect
Only what you enter in the form on the website yourself:
- your name or how to address you;
- your phone number;
- your email address, if you provided it;
- the text of your message and the apartment you are interested in.
We also store technical details of the request: date and time, the page the request was sent from and anonymised browser data. We do not collect passport details, health information or other special categories of personal data.
3. Why we need this data
- to contact you about your request and answer your question;
- to select an apartment, calculate purchase terms and book a viewing;
- to keep a history of requests within the sales team so we do not ask you the same thing twice.
We do not use your data for mailings unrelated to your request and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process data with your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time: write to us and we will delete your data.
5. How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your request, but no longer than three years from the last contact. After that it is deleted.
6. Who we share it with
Only the developer's sales staff and the technical contractor who maintains the website have access to requests, to the extent required for their work. We do not sell data or share it with advertising networks or data brokers. Data may be disclosed to government authorities only on grounds expressly provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. How we protect it
The website works over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to the admin panel is through personal accounts with passwords, and every action with requests is logged.
8. Cookies
The website uses a minimum of cookies and browser local storage: they remember the theme you chose and the apartments you added to favourites. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies of third-party networks. You can clear them in your browser settings and the website will keep working.
9. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request that it be corrected, deleted or no longer processed. To do so, write to us or call us +7 775 333 30 14. We will reply within three working days.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. The date below shows when the document was last updated.
